ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to Aurelius in the acquisition of Lernia AB from the Kingdom of Sweden

On Friday 31 January 2025, Aurelius announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Lernia AB, one of the largest staffing and education companies in Sweden, from the Kingdom of Sweden. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Lernia, formerly AmuGruppen with roots dating back to 1918, is one of the leading players in skilled blue-collar staffing, higher vocational education and matching services with almost 100 locations in Sweden. The company has 5,300 employees and generated an annual turnover of SEK 3.5 billion in 2023.
