ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor in a placement of shares in Addnode Group

On Friday 31 May 2024, ABG Sundal Collier sold 1.5 million shares in Addnode Group on behalf of Aretro Capital Group AB, a company controlled by Addnode’s chairman Staffan Hanstorp and Jonas Gejer, who has held executive positions with Addnode for close to 30 years. The sale represented c. 20% of Aretro’s holding.
