ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor and sole bookrunner to Prime Living Campus Stockholm in connection with the issue of a two-year senior secured bond in the amount of SEK 100 million. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to complete the final stage of the company’s project in Spånga. The bond has a fixed rate coupon of 9.0% and a final maturity in March 2020.
