ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial adviser to Schage Eiendom AS in connection with the sale of its ownership stake in the shopping center company Scala Eiendom AS

On December 20, 2023, Schage Eiendom AS (“Schage Eiendom”) signed an agreement to sell its ownership stake of ~23% in Scala Eiendom AS (“Scala”) to an investor group comprising existing and new shareholders in Scala for an undisclosed consideration.
Scala is a leading Norwegian shopping centre company that owns, manages, and develops shopping centres with necessity-based retail in central and easily accessible location. Scala manages a portfolio of 24 shopping centres and is also engaged in several mixed-use development projects. The portfolio is located across Norway with much of the exposure in the Eastern parts of the country.
