On 8 July 2026, RVRC Holding AB (publ) (“RVRC”), announced the acquisition of ICANIWILL AB (“ICIW”), a leading Nordic performance training apparel brand with a rapidly expanding European footprint, for an Enterprise Value of up to SEK 875m.

The transaction marks RVRC’s first acquisition and an important step in expanding its growth strategy with M&A as a capital-efficient complement to organic growth. Built around a “true to training” philosophy, ICIW is a leading brand in the Nordic performance training community, with a presence in over 1,200 gyms across Europe and a loyal, highly engaged customer base. Sharing RVRC’s D2C model, high growth, and strong profitability, ICIW is highly complementary to RVRC’s outdoor offering. Through RVRC’s pan-European platform and operational experience, the company will help accelerate ICIW’s continued expansion across Germany and the rest of Europe.
