ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial adviser to O.B. Wiik and owner Kristin Anker in connection with the sale of O.B. Wiik to Zurhaar & Rubb

On Monday 31 January 2022, O.B. Wiik announced an agreement with Zurhaar & Rubb, where Zurhaar & Rubb acquires 100% of the share capital in O.B. Wiik from KCA Holding.
O.B. Wiik is a leading Nordic supplier of temporary fabric buildings, tents and event solutions. Founded in 1912, O.B. Wiik has established a position as a trusted partner to a wide range of domestic and international customers, including United Nations and various non-governmental organisations since 1991, with relentless focus on quality and locally developed engineering expertise and solutions.
The company has had a strong financial development recently with more than 15% revenue growth and approximately NOK 40m in EBITDA in 2021.
