ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial adviser to ECIT in connection with the acquisition of TietoAkseli

On Tuesday, 5 August 2025, ECIT announced the acquisition of TietoAkseli, a well-established Finnish advisory and service company specialising in accounting and payroll. The move is part of ECIT’s ongoing expansion across the Nordic region.
Since its establishment in 2013, ECIT has grown into a leading BPO provider in the Nordics. With the addition of TietoAkseli, ECIT can now offer fully integrated accounting, payroll, and financial services across all five Nordic countries – Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and now Finland.
