ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial adviser and bookrunner in connection with the NOK 1,700 million sale of shares in Seadrill Limited by Export Finance Norway

On Tuesday 11 July 2023, Støperigata Holding AS, a company controlled by Export Finance Norway, announced the sale of 4,000,000 shares in Seadrill Limited (the “Company”), representing 5.01% of the share capital and votes in the Company at a price of NOK 425 per share for a total transaction size of NOK 1,700 million. After the transaction Export Finance Norway hold no shares in the Company.
