ABG Sundal Collier acted as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Formpipe Software AB and its shareholders in connection with the sale of its Public Sector business area to STG

On 18 August 2025, Formpipe Software AB (“Formpipe”) announced the sale of its Public Sector business area to STG for a total consideration of up to SEK 850 million. Formpipe Public is a leading provider of case and document management software catering to the public sector in Sweden and Denmark. The business area had revenues of SEK 306 million and cash EBITDA of SEK 46 million in 2024. Following the transaction, Formpipe will focus entirely on its retained Lasernet business area.
