ABG Sundal Collier acted as exclusive financial advisor to Equip Capital in relation to the sale of No Dig Alliance to Ambienta

On June 27, 2025, Equip Capital (“Equip”), a Nordic private equity firm focusing on investments in small and mid-sized companies, announced the sale of No Dig Alliance (“NDA”) to Ambienta SGR S.p.a. (“Ambienta”). ABG Sundal Collier acted as exclusive financial advisor to Equip, and would like to express its gratitude to the deal team and Equip for the vote of confidence.
Equip founded NDA in 2021 together with the entrepreneurs in the two Swedish companies Riggtech AB and Pollex AB. Over the past four years, they have together built NDA, a leading Nordic company in trenchless pipe renewal – which makes it possible to install and renovate underground pipes without traditional digging. 13 companies in Sweden, Norway, and Finland have become part of the alliance, currently operating under 7 trademarks.
Since 2021, revenue has quintupled, while operating profit has increased tenfold. In 2025, NDA is expected to generate approximately SEK 860 million in revenue with an operating profit of around SEK 120 million, but further acquisitions could make growth significantly higher.
