ABGSC acted as debt advisor to TITAN Containers A/S in connection with raising of DKK 800 million in financing from Arbejdernes Landsbank A/S

In connection with KIRK Kapital’s acqusition of a 30% stake in TITAN as announced earlier today, TITAN has also refinanced its capital structure via raising of DKK 800m in financing from Arbejdernes Landsbank. TITAN is a global supplier of storage solutions and in particular ArcticStore temperature controlled storage from -65°C to more than +30°C. With offices in 17 countries across three continents, TITAN services its many customers from more than 100 depots globally The financing facility provided by Arbejdernes Landsbank corresponds to some 6.5x 2019E EBITDA, and was achieved as a result of a long lasting relationship between TITAN and Arbejdernes Landsbank, dating back to 1987, when Layland Barker founded TITAN. ABG Sundal Collier fronted the dialogue with Arbejdernes Landsbank, and assisted TITAN and its owners in obtaining an interest rate reduction of 45%, while also increasing the financing provided with some 60%. The financing will enable TITAN to continue its trajectory of realising double digit annual growth rates.
