On Monday, 14 August 2023, Viking Venture announced a successful acquisition of approximately 3.05 million shares in Penneo, corresponding to 9.2% of the current shares outstanding. Penneo has a market cap of approximately DKK 275 million on the day of the announcement. Following the transaction, Viking Venture is the largest shareholder of Penneo.
