Deal announcement

Humana has entered into an agreement to sell its home care service business to Attendo, in order to focus on development of elderly housing within the elderly care segment. Humana has home care operations in several of Attendo`s priority regions and the transaction is expected to provide synergy benefits. ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to Humana in the transaction.
