ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner for Novedo in connection with the SEK 750 million senior secured bond issue, under a framework of SEK 1,500 million

Novedo Holding AB (publ) (“Novedo”), a fast growing investment company, has successfully issued SEK 750 million inaugural senior secured bonds, under a framework of SEK 1,500 million, which will be listed on the Frankfurt Open Market within 60 days and on the Corporate Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm within 12 months.
The transaction received strong interest from Nordic and international institutional investors and the books were significantly oversubscribed, allowing for the bonds to price at 3m STIBOR + 650bps.
