ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor in connection with the SEK 315 million secondary sale of shares in Exsitec Holding AB by Standout Capital I AB

Standout Capital I AB (“Standout Capital”) has completed the sale of 1,500,000 shares in Exsitec Holding AB (the “Company”) at a price of SEK 210 per share, yielding proceeds of SEK 315 million. Following the transaction, Standout Capital I AB will not hold any shares in the Company.
The placement, which took place through an accelerated bookbuilding process, attracted strong interest from high quality institutional investors domestically and internationally, and was well oversubscribed.
