ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole financial advisor to Coloreel in its SEK 70 million private placement

Coloreel, the Swedish company with a unique patented technology for digital dyeing of textile thread on-demand, today announced the completion of a SEK 70 million private placement, with participation from new and existing investors, including Robur Ny Teknik, SEB Stiftelsen, Svea Ekonomi and Ilija Batljan.
Coloreel intends to use the funding to accelerate market expansion, as well as to open up new application areas such as sewing. The investment will also be used to satisfy additional working capital requirements.
