ABGSC acted as financial adviser to EQT in connection with the acquisition of Recover Nordic

The EQT VIII Fund (“EQT”) announced Tuesday 10 December, that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Recover Nordic from funds advised by Agilitas Private Equity, for an undisclosed consideration. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2020, subject to fulfilment of customary closing conditions and approvals.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial adviser to EQT in the transaction.
