ABGSC acted as sole financial advisor to Oliasoft in the NOK 38m private placement

ABGSC acted as Sole Financial Advisor in relation to the NOK 38m private placement in Oliasoft, a software company in process of developing the most comprehensive well design software available on the market (Oliasoft WellDesignTM). Oliasoft has since inception in 2015 delivered a strong development trackrecord, and has embarked on the stage of commercialising WellDesignTM through technology readiness level (TRL) validation in collaboration with leading E&P operators, where it is in the final stages of the process.
The private placement was completed at a subscription price of NOK 49.64 per new share and was directed towards a select group of high quality investors and existing shareholders showing considerable interest in the Company. The net proceeds from the private placement will be used to grow Oliasoft including completing the commercialisation, implement revenue models and scale the user base, as well as for other general corporate purposes.
