On 21 October, the two student groups at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Indøk Finansklubb (InFi) and Verdi NTNU, created a lunch event for 50 female members of the finance-related student initiatives on campus; Embla Invest, Verdi NTNU, InFi, and Women Investment Club.
The purpose of the activity, which received the Foundation’s support, was two-fold; it aimed to raise the financial academic level of the female students in attendance, as well as strengthen the network across the various women-in-finance student groups at NTNU.
During the event, Kverva, an investment company in the Nordics specialising in aquaculture and marine resources, facilitated a valuation case for the female students in attendance.
About Verdi NTNU
Verdi NTNU, an initiative that launched in 2004, is a student association for finance-interested students at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
