On Friday 30 October 2026, RoosGruppen announced that it will become the majority shareholder of JumpYard through the acquisition of shares from existing shareholders Cinder Invest AB and Freewater Invest AB. The transaction will increase RoosGruppen’s ownership to approximately 90%.

Founded in Sweden in 2017, JumpYard is a leading European operator of indoor trampoline and activity parks, operating 29 wholly owned parks across the Nordics, Iberia and Germany. The Group combines trampolines, climbing, SkyRider and a broad range of other attractions to offer engaging experiences for children, teenagers and families, complemented by birthday parties, classes, group events and food and beverage services. JumpYard’s concept centres on making physical activity fun, with a strong focus on safety, guest experience and continuous development of its offering. Since inception, the Group has expanded through the development of new parks, supported by established capabilities in site selection, park design and operations. With approximately 1,000 employees, JumpYard has built a platform for continued expansion across Europe.

Following the completion of the transaction, RoosGruppen becomes the majority shareholder of JumpYard. Founders Pelle Möller and Anders Karlberg will remain minority shareholders and continue leading the business.

ABG Sundal Collier is pleased to have supported the owners of JumpYard in this transaction and would like to thank the owners and management for their trust throughout the process.
