ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor in connection with the NOK 105m (~USD 12.3m) sale of Komplett Mobil’s customer base to ICE Group.

On 18 March 2019, ICE Group ASA announced the acquisition of Komplett Mobil’s customer base. Ice will pay Komplett Mobil an estimated amount of approximately NOK 105 million. The final consideration will depend on the number of customers from Komplett Mobil that is transferred the forthcoming migration process. The migration of the customer base is scheduled for April to June 2019.
