ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole manager and bookrunner in connection with the USD 130 million senior secured bond issued by Songa Container AS

Songa Container AS has successfully completed the issuance of a USD 130 million senior secured bond. The company will utilize the net proceeds from the bond issue to refinance all current group debt and fully finance the scrubber retrofitting of the group’s entire fleet of 15 container feeder vessels.
