ABGSC acted as facilitator in connection with the acquisition of Selma Ellefsens vei 2–4, a development property in the Økern area of Oslo

On May 26, 2026, ABG Sundal Collier (“ABGSC”) successfully facilitated the establishment of a new real estate project, NIP Residential Selma Ellefsens Vei AS.

Urban Partners has acquired the property and entered into an agreement with JM Norge AS to develop the property for residential purposes.
