ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Manager in connection with the Senior Notes Issue by Fem T AS / Ulna Barnehager
Fem T AS, a company owned 50% by Trond Ingvaldsen and 50% by Geir Hartmann, has successfully placed a new NOK 120m senior note. The notes were priced at 3m NIBOR plus 6.50%.
The net proceeds from the notes issue will be employed to refinance existing debt, fund remaining capital expenditures related to newly acquired kindergartens in Oslo, and acquire 50% of the shares in Ulna AS from exiting shareholders.
After the transaction, Ulna AS will be 100% owned by Fem T AS.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Manager in the transaction.
