Storytel announced yesterday the successful completion of a private placement of SEK 200million. The transaction was well oversubscribed with strong anchor demand from domestic long-only accounts. The private placement comprised 3m new shares corresponding to ~ 5.8 % of the company post money. In addition a secondary component of SEK 17m corresponding to 0.25m shares and 0.5% of the company post money. Price set at SEK 67,5 per share.
