ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner in the SEK 1.66bn secondary placing in Castellum

Second Swedish National Pension Fund engaged ABG Sundal Collier to investigate the conditions for a placement of up to 13,200,000 common shares of Castellum AB through an accelerated bookbuilding. The transaction was multiple times oversubscribed with close to 100 investors in the book at a price of SEK 126 per share.
