Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement for the acquisition of all shares in Svenska Vårdfastigheter at a purchase price of SEK 300m. The acquisition will give Magnolia Bostad the capacity to become a leading player in the development of residential care housing, while also expanding its offer to municipalities and investors.
