ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole manager in connection with the successful tap issue for Amasten Holding

Amasten Holding AB has successfully completed a SEK 100 million tap issue of its senior unsecured bond maturing in June 2019. The bond issue was carried out at 101% of par and was well received in the market attracting solid interest from Nordic and certain European credit investors. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to finance acquisitions.

The portfolio is focused on Helsingborg, Finspång and Strängnäs, as well as a number of smaller towns in Skåne and Blekinge, and in the Sundsvall region and western Mälardalen. The market value is approximately SEK 2.5 billion, with an express ambition to expand the portfolio further in the years ahead. At present, some 65% of the portfolio consists of residental properties.
