ABG Sundal Collier acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in the NOK 350m senior secured bond issue by Care Bidco AS (Unicare)

Deal announcement

On Friday 10 March 2017, Unicare announced the successful completion of its first bond issue of NOK 350m. The bond have a tenor of 4 years, a floating coupon rate of 3M NIBOR +5.50% and a total framework amount of NOK 700m. The transaction attracted very strong interest from a wide range of top tier Norwegian and Swedish credit investors.
The net proceeds will be used to redeem all outstanding bank debt, refinance a shareholder loan as well as to finance the company’s growth strategy.
