ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial adviser to Telemark Kildevann and its owners in connection with the sale to Refresco

On Thursday, 31 July 2025, 100% of the shares in Telemark Kildevann (“TKV”) were sold to Refresco, a global independent beverage solutions provider offering both private label production and contract manufacturing for branded beverage companies. Refresco is majority-owned by KKR and is headquartered in the Netherlands.
Since its inception in 1998, TKV has grown into one of Scandinavia’s leading companies in private label production and contract packing for both national and international brands.
