ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint bookrunner for Link Mobility’s EUR 100 million senior unsecured bond issue

Link Mobility Group Holding ASA, a leading global provider of mobile messaging and communications platform as a service, has successfully completed a new senior unsecured bond issue of EUR 100 million with a 5.0-year tenor. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing debt. The bond issue received strong interest from a broad range of high-quality investors and was priced at 3m NIBOR + 275bps.
