ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Lead Manager and Bookrunner to Keystone Education Group in connection with its inaugural EUR 100 million senior secured bond issue

Keystone has successfully completed their inaugural 4-year senior secured bond issue of EUR 100 million. The net proceeds from the bond issuance will be applied towards refinancing existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes. The bond issue attracted a broad range of high-quality Nordic and international institutional investors, and the transaction was substantially oversubscribed. The bonds will have a coupon of 3m EURIBOR + 475bps.
