Europi Property Group AB (publ) (“Europi”) is a pan-European real estate investment company headquartered in Stockholm. Europi has successfully issued their inaugural EUR 50m senior unsecured green bond with a tenor of 3 years. Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used in accordance with Europi’s Green Finance Framework.
The bond issue received strong demand from high quality institutional investors and was priced at a coupon of EURIBOR + 5.00% p.a.
