ABG Sundal Collier (“ABGSC”) acted as exclusive financial advisor to the owners of Biowater Technology AS in its sale to Uniwater

On Tuesday, 17 September 2024, Uniwater announced the acquisition of Biowater Technology AS (“Biowater”), an engineering and construction company specialized in wastewater treatment
solutions for the municipal and industrial markets, based in Tønsberg, Norway.
Through a strengthened ownership structure, Biowater is positioned to deliver even more comprehensive and competitive wastewater solutions. The company sees significant growth
opportunities as it becomes part of the Uniwater family, which is backed by Nälka. Uniwater will on the other hand expand its offering into new markets and adds cutting-edge solutions to its portfolio.
ABGSC acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Biowater’s owners and would like to extend its gratitude to the owners for the vote of confidence.
