On August 21 2024, EQT Public Value announced the sale of c. 11 million shares in Storytel AB (publ) corresponding to 14.2% of the outstanding shares in Storytel. The transaction was completed as a club deal and priced at SEK 51.90 per share, for a total transaction size of SEK 570 million.
The transaction marks ABG Sundal Collier’s seventh consecutive transaction with Storytel and its owners, for a total transaction value of approx. SEK 4 billion via primary and secondary placings.
