ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner in connection with the NOK 3.7bn secondary sale of shares in Vår Energi by SpringPoint Holding II AS

On 19 June 2024, SpringPoint Holding II AS (the ”Seller”) announced a sale of approximately 108.4 million shares (4.34% of shares outstanding) in Vår Energi ASA. The transaction was completed as a club deal and priced at NOK 34.43 per share, for a total transaction size of NOK 3,732 million. Following the transaction, SpringPoint Holding II AS no longer holds any shares in the Company. The Seller is indirectly, through SpringPoint Holding Limited, wholly-owned and controlled by HitecVision SpringPoint, L.P., an investment vehicle managed by HitecVision.
