ABG Sundal Collier acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the NOK 140 million private placement in Proximar Seafood AS

On 15 December 2023, Proximar Seafood AS announced the successful completion of a private placement. The private placement consisted of 70,000,000 Offer Shares at a subscription price of NOK 2.00 per share, amounting to total gross proceeds of NOK 140 million. The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to cover higher than expected operational costs, financing costs and increased CAPEX.
