ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial advisor to Lovik Holding in connection with the divestment of its ownership stake in LNSE

On Thursday, December 14, 2023, Lovik Holding AS (“Lovik Holding”) sold 100% of its ownership stake in Leonhard Nilsen & Sønner – Eiendom AS (“LNSE” or “the Company”) to HI Cap Bidco 2023-2 AS, a company associated with the Adolfsen Group.
Established in 1961, LNSE has become a major Norwegian contracting company, with a successful history of completing complex projects in harsh and challenging conditions across the globe. LNSE has developed a leading position within tunnelling, mining, and infrastructure projects in Norway.
The Adolfsen Group is a group of companies in which Kristian Adolfsen and Roger Adolfsen are shareholders. Similarly to LNSE, the Adolfsen Group has roots from Andøya, meaning that LNSE will retain its highly valued local community position and heritage.
