ABG Sundal Collier acted as joint manager and bookrunner for the NOK 1,250m senior unsecured green bond issue by Bulk Infrastructure Group AS

Bulk Infrastructure Group AS, a leading provider of sustainable digital infrastructure in the Nordics, has successfully completed the issuance of a new NOK 1,250m senior unsecured green bond. The new green bonds were issued with a floating coupon of 3m NIBOR + 5.75% p.a. and a 4.5 year tenor.
The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used in accordance with the green bond framework, including to repurchase approximately NOK 416m in the outstanding bond with ticker BISG01.
