ABGSC acted as exclusive Financial Advisor to the shareholders of Fjordbase Holding AS in connection with the sale to Ancala Partners

On Tuesday 21 March 2023, the owners of Fjordbase Holding AS announced the completion of the sale of the company to Ancala Partners.
Fjordbase Holding AS and its subsidiaries own and manage one of the leading Norwegian offshore supply bases located in Florø on the west coast of Norway. The subsidiary Fjord Base AS is the real estate entity at the base, whilst Saga Fjord Base AS is the main operator of the base.
Ancala Partners is an experienced and entrepreneurial investment manager focused on investing in critical mid-market infrastructure assets.
