Exeger, a Swedish deep-tech company with a unique solar cell technology that converts all forms of light into electrical energy, today announced the completion of directed share issues raising SEK 400m. The investment is led by new investors Neudi Kapital AB, SEB Investment Management and Santhe Dahl Invest AB, and existing investors including Stena Sessan AB, AMF Tjänstepension AB, as well as founder and CEO Giovanni Fili. The directed share issues follow on the back of strong operational momentum, where Exeger during the second half of 2022 alone has launched its second self-charging product with Urbanista, true wireless headphones (Phoenix), launched its first Adidas headphone product and launched its first product with Omni Remotes, targeting the mass market potential of self-charging remote controls. Exeger plans to utilise the financing to execute on its plan to make Powerfoyle a new industry standard within charging technology that can be seamlessly integrated in all types of electronic devices, and to continue the global roll-out in both existing and new market segments.
