ABG Sundal Collier acted as exclusive financial advisor to SERWIZ in the acquisition of ALLIANCE+ Denmark from Polaris Private Equity.
SERWIZ, a Danish full-scale provider of facility management services, has announced its acquisition of ALLIANCE+ Denmark, a leading provider of facility solutions in Denmark, from Polaris Private Equity for an undisclosed consideration. The acquisition will strategically diversify SERWIZ’ customer portfolio, increase its geographical footprint in Denmark and strengthen its market position with the combined business employing more than 2,400 people and reaching close to DKK 1 billion in revenue, creating one of the largest players in the Danish facility management services space.

The customer portfolio includes both some of the largest companies as well as medium-sized businesses in various industries across Denmark.
