Skagerak Energi AS (“Skagerak Energi”) announced today a sale of ~15.5 million shares in Fjordkraft Holding ASA (”Fjordkraft”) at a price of NOK 35.70 per share yielding gross proceeds of NOK 554 million. The sale was conducted as an accelerated bookbuilding process. Skagerak Energi retains a 14.86% shareholding in Fjordkraft after the placing. Skagerak Energi has entered into a customary 90 days lock-up on shares held following the sale.
