ABG Sundal Collier acted as exclusive advisor to Lunar Way in connection with raising of DKK 196m

Today, Lunar Way announced that they have raised DKK 196m from a prominent group of investors. As a result of the capital raise, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has granted Lunar Way a banking license as the first Danish fintech company ever and as the first financial provider in years. The banking license is a significant milestone for Lunar Way in order to continue its commercialisation and road towards profitability.

Bank CEO, Peter Smith, explains what it means for Lunar Way to get the banking license: “It means the world to us. It is a blue stamp of what we are doing in Lunar Way. It is like qualifying for the Champions League as a comparison.“
