ABGSC acted as exclusive financial advisor to FiiZK Holding AS (“FiiZK”) in connection with the merger with Ecomerden AS

FiiZK today announced that it has entered into an agreement to merge with Ecomerden AS.
 
Ecomerden AS designs and delivers closed pen systems for the global aquaculture industry. Ecomerden is a closed containment system that integrates well with open net pens in sea sites.
 
FiiZK is an integrated service provider for the global aquaculture industry with market leading offerings within closed cage systems, technical textiles and digital solutions.
 
FiiZK and Ecomerden are the two leading players in the development and delivery of semi-closed cage systems for the aquaculture industry. “By combining the companies’ knowledge and technologies, we will strengthen delivery capacity and accelerate further development of design and functionality”, says the CEO of FiiZK, Torstein Rønning.
