Oslo Stock Exchange has received Certificate of Registration from ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA in connection with increase in share capital, see announcement 24th July 2008. New share capital is NOK 82,420,086.23, equaling 358,348,201 shares, each share with a par value of NOK 0.23. The capital is fully paid and registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.
On 1st August 2008, Cecilie Steenhoff Lind, who is board member in ABG Sundal Collier Holding, has through the 100% owned company A. Hiorth AS, purchased 20,000 shares in ABG Sundal Collier Holding at NOK 6.31 per share. Following the transaction Cecilie Steenhoff Lind, including 100% owned company owns 20,000 shares in ABG Sundal Collier Holding.

On 29th July 2008, Per-Ove Breivold, who is an `insider` in ABG Sundal Collier Holding, has through a 100% owned company purchased 50,000 shares in ABG Sundal Collier Holding at NOK 6.15 per share. Following the transaction Per-Ove Breivold, incl. 100% owned companies, owns 1,275,000 shares in ABG Sundal Collier Holding plus a forward agreement on 50,000 shares.
